It's best cooked using “low and slow” methods like braising, stewing, or pot roasting in a slow cooker to tenderize the meat, develop its rich flavors and prevent the roast from drying out.
Our boneless chuck roast is available in 3 cuts: Small (~2 lbs), Medium (3-4 lbs), and Large (4.5-5 lbs).
